Dato' Dr. Muhammad Amar is a prime leader and major shareholder of several companies in Malaysia. Graduated with Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Warnborough University, UK in 2005 and a holder of (In the indon version, include dan pemegang Doktor di bidang..) (also spelling of Serikat to Syarikat after Amerika) Doctorate in Business Administration in Management from Paramount University of Technology, USA. He is also a member of the Malaysia Malay Trade Council with registration Num DS/2288/2008 since 2008. He is an individual who always sees challenges and opportunities as positive risks that can turn into good profits and high returns on investment and is an Advisor to PT Difa Niaga Indonesia in journeying towards achieving its vision and mission.

Raymund Xavier, earned a UK Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom in 1997, and continued his studies at Charles Sturt University, Australia and obtained his Master in Business Administration (MBA) in 2004. Raymund brought with him more than 25 years of telecommunications and international experience. He is also based in various countries, such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Jakarta and in Dubai to ensure business continuity and continued success. Skills acquired ranging from negotiation skills to building relationships and securing opportunities both locally and from foreign partners, remain independent regardless of industry.
